Assembly bill sponsor Amy Paulin speaks out

Assembly bill sponsor Amy Paulin writes a heartfelt essay about the Medical Aid in Dying Act

Residents of Westchester may have seen an October 2021 opinion piece written by Assemblymember Amy Paulin (D-Scarsdale) calling on the legislature to take up and pass New York’s Medical Aid in Dying Act, the bill she’s carried in the Assembly now for more than 5 years. If you haven’t seen it, you can view it online here, or you can find it here on Facebook or Twitter.

Please help amplify Assemblymember Paulin’s voice by sharing it with your friends and neighbors by email or either of these two platforms. You can always tack on to any note you share a link to Compassion & Choices’ easy-peasy tool for folks to send their own elected officials a message in support of this bill.
